Just a quick note: the quotes indicate that it is not *formally*
named yet.  The reference may just be a one-liner stating the
existance of the specimen and intent to name it thus, plus a
use of the name in a list or something in the second one.

This means that the name may "change" when it is formally published.
[That is, the suggested name is not binding, and is subject to
change at any time].
