You might be interested in the "Atlas of Mesozoic and Cenozoic Coastlines"
by Alan G. Smith, David G. Smith, & Frian M. Funnell; Cambridge Univ. Press
ISBN 0-521-45155-8. It seems to cover the4 coastlines pretty well with some
topography. The is little if anything on environment or climet though.
