DINO RUSS's LAIR network problems fixed (hopefully)

Hooray the problems have been isolated and solved with our network and DINO
RUSS's LAIR should now be back up on a solid basis. We were getting a ton
of bad noise due to an improper installation of the equipment that was
supposed to accelerate our net. This in turn put lots of data collisions
through my PPC that is serving DINO RUSS's LAIR. A bug in my ethernet
driver could not handle these collisions. The network problem was solved,
but first I also installed a patch that fixes the bug in my ethernet
driver. Hopefully if we have problems again these should not affect my PPC
in this way.

Anyway my server is up and back into business and our network is steadily
improving. Thanks for your patience during this time! Again the following
