First off - the spelling is Pelecanimimus (from the Latin form of the
bird's name).  Secondly, teeth in ornithomimosaurians have been found
before, specifically in the genus Harpymimus.  However, Pelecanimimus has
LOADS of teeth (220, in fact), far more than any other theropod. 
Furthermore, they are very small teeth, and are all concentrated in the
front of the jaws.  All in all, a strange little animal.
