Here is one:

Hirsch, K.F.; Stadtman, K.L.; Miller, W.E. & Madsen, J.H.Jr. (1989)
Upper Jurassic dinosaur egg from Utah. Science, 243: 1711-1713.

They CAT-scanned an egg and showed an embryo inside. The egg was still
inside the mother, supposedly. They do not give much information about the
techniques they used however.

There have been various reports of the use of CAT-scans on fossil skulls. A
group here in Australia are using CAT-scans to reconstruct 'impolded'
fossil croc skulls. There was also a paper in Nature (I think) a couple of
years ago, using CAT-scans on a reptile skull - specifically the nasal
area. I could look up the references if you are interested.
