What is Lepidocheirosaurus?

Lepidocheirosaurus is not a theropod, but a basal ornithischian. The
"hand" is actually a foot, and the tail has caudals typical for an
ornithischian. Since the diagnosis of Lepidocheirosaurus is based on
the unusual characteristics of the hand, if this last is nothing more
than a foot, the diagnosis of this taxon loses its validity (and with
it, the same Lepidocheirosaurus).
