who the frickity-frak is "David Peters" and why is he sending me email?

I got this tirade from a DML post from a long time ago asking about the 
foot-wide pterosaur arm-bone that was reportedly found in Israel.  I googled 
and read a few para's of Mr. Naish's blog warning about him.  He is a different 
guy than the BAND nut with his self-pub'd kindle book that got banned from the 
list, right? (not hiding under another name)
