Unenlagiidae and a Little Re-Hash

I've just summarized my views on a few odd theropods based on the recent 
publication of _Anais da Academia Brasileira de Ciências_ 83 (found here:

The main reason I'm posting this here is because my reconstructions appear (in 
modified form) both with and without my "permission" or acknowledgement. 
Sebastián Apesteguía had asked me for use of a reconstruction and it appears, 
with my belssings, in Gianechini & Apesteguía, 2011), but another is used by 
Agnolín and Novas (2011) with modification and lacking acknowledgment. As I've 
said before, I have no issue with people using my reconstructions: they are 
"free range." I do ask them to acknowledge me, and hold a Creative Commons 
license to this effect, but am generally not disturbed when these illustrations 
are released without acknowledgement, even in modified form, and are thus 
useful to the scientists for artistic depiction of their ideas. More 
information to everyone! Just ... please ... I would appreciate a line dropped 
on occasion, and a note on the figure with my name on it (it doesn't take that 
much space)!
