RE: Scientists conclude asteroid, not volcanoes, wiped out dinosaurs



I seem to recall (can't remember the exact reference) fossil bearing lacustrine 
deposits being found in between basaltic episodes on the Indian mainland during 
the Deccan Traps eruptions.

Anyone know anything more about that publication?
