 Flying squirrel glide ratio is about 1.8-2.0 to 1. (26.8°)
 As an aside, Archaeopteryx glide ratio is roughly about 4:1,
 and a pigeon's is about 6:1.

Does that 4:1 ratio take the lack of tertiaries in Archie into account?
