Indeed, since the PhyloCode has not been activated, these names do not
fall under any code. (Even if it were activated, the names would have
to be registered in the PhyloCode's database, RegNum, in order to fall
under the PhyloCode's jurisdiction.) The PhyloCode is not retroactive,
so the spelling could be rectified once the PhyloCode is activated.
