The irrational Cult of the State, actually.

The French Mob, the Soviet Union, and Pol Pot did not "kill in the Name of
the Lack of God", countless religious individuals comments to the contrary.
They did so for irrational attachment to the State, or to a Supreme Leader,
or for simple revenge disguised as something else.

Can we redirect this back to Paleontology and science outreach before
someone goes Godwin's Law here?
