The new species you are talking about is not a dinosaur at all, but a 
much older kind of temnospondyl included in the superfamily 
Dissorophoidea: Cacops, from Early Permian beds of Oklahoma. Have just a 
look at the pictures shown with the article - nice pics, by the way !!
