Looks like they simply haven't been considered. Looks like it's a purely 
neontological classification.

I think the ranks are to blame. I wrote to the person who sends the CNAH 
e-mails to everyone and their brother...

Alternatively, whoever made the classification doesn't know that coelacanths 
and lungfish aren't sister-groups. I asked.
