Eh?  When did that happen?  I don't remember seeing any announcements,
and the PAUP home-page at
        http://paup.csit.fsu.edu/
is still saying "There are several known problems with beta 10. We
plan to release an update to fix these problems soon."

So is it time to move to TNT?
