place names and fossils

Many may recall my request a couple of years ago about place names  
around the world related to fossil deposits.

I want to thank everyone who responded and let you know that the  
article is now published, in a special volume on the emerging field  
of "Geomythology" by the Geological Society of London. Many of the  
papers might be of interest to paleontologists.
