A Psittacosaur request

I'm looking for a PDF of:
Xu and Wang 1998. New Psittacosaur (Ornithischia, Ceratopsia)
occurrence from the Yixian Formation of Liaoning, China and its
stratigraphical significance. Vertebrata PalAsiatica 36: 147-158.

But additionally, I'm curious if anyone has read this paper already, I
assume the specimen described therein is the same one in Mayr et al's
work? Averianov et al (2006) listed Psittacosaurus sp., then cited
both papers as a reference.
