Yes, the southernmost part (e, g. around Rio Gallegos) as long as you don't show any close-ups of plants and stay well away from the Andes (Nothofagus forests wouldn't fit well in Pleistocene North America).
Incidentally if You go all the way to Argentina it would probably be worth going up to Missiones as well. There are areas of Araucaria in the Paraná forest up there that looks quite Mesozoic.
