Well I think Sibbick's illo. in the _Illustrated Encyclopedia of Dinosaurs_ might count, but it's (a) kind of old by now and (b) part of a collection of "hypsilophodontids" also including, IIRC, _Hypsilophodon_ and _Dryosaurus_.
