"The Animal World" from 1956  had a Tyrannosaurus/Triceratops fight. 
Unfortunately, some of it was cut due to  blood. The dinosaur sequences were 
designed 
by Willis O'Brien and animated by  Ray Harryhausen. The fight was interrupted 
by a volcanic eruption. You can see  the dinosaur sequence as a special 
feature on the DVD of "The Black Scorpion",  which is a fun O'Brien flick. The 
same 
basic theropod model was used for  Tyrannosaurus, Ceratosaurus and Allosaurus. 
It was altered slightly for  the each genus.  DV
