A rare lapse from David M. There are actually several specimens of
_Dilophosaurus_ known. Aside from the holotype (UCMP 37302), we have a nice
skull showing the twin-crests (UCMP 77270), and a partial skeleton (UCMP
3703). There's also some fragmentary material referred to _Dilophosaurus_
by Rob Gay, housed in the Museum of Northern Arizona. There's only one
species of _Dilophosaurus_ (_D. wetherilli_), but it's known from several
specimens.
