Someone (I don't know who) seems to be doing a lot of new work
on Skye these days. It's the most neglected Jurassic outcrop in
Britain, being a long way from The Smoke (colloquial English for the
southern capital), but also by far and away the most pretty.
My uni class-mate Chris Docherty did his mapping project between
Broadford and Heast, but didn't find much in the way of fossicks, so
I'd guess the new discoveries are going to be up on the North or West
coast?
