Recently, the Toronto Star incorrectly reported that the California Academy of Sciences had awarded honorary Ph.D degrees to Stephen and Sylvia Czerkas. WRONG!

The author, Peter Calamai, has informed me that it is instead the California Academy of ARTS which has bestowed the honorary degrees to Stephen and Sylvia Czerkas. That is all I know.

Back to the books, grad students! And stop asking for honorary degrees from the California Academy of Sciences, cause we ain't got 'em!
