dsungaripterid crests, etc.

Was wondering a few things:

1. Is the rostral crest on dsungaripterids (and tapejarids) created by the
premaxillae or paired nasals overlapping and exceeding the premaxillae?

2. The only figure I have seen of Phobetor's mandible is in Wellnhofer's
Encyclopedia, and in that illustration I see no trace of the swollen alveoli
that are supposed to characterize that clade. What's the real story on swollen
alveoli.

3. Is it possible that the pointed premaxillae and dentaries in
dsungaripterids, pteranodons, tapejarids and nyctosaurs is produced by a single
anteriorly projecting tooth or paired, fused teeth?
