Parasitism is a form of symbiosis. See www.cals.ncsu.edu/course/ent591k/symbiosis.html.
This definition of "symbiosis" is, AFAIK, unique. Every time I've been taught the term it was restricted to mutualism.
(BTW, I'm not sure if the term "mutualism" is used at all in German.)
