Dear Mike, I'm glad to hear you are starting on
Meier's book, a meticulous documentation of the German
and British work in Tendaguru-- it gave me a real
understanding of how well-cordinated the Germans were
in their efforts, and just how uniquely rich the
dinosaur beds were at this locality, as well as the
personalities of the paleontologists involved. A very
absorbing story that I'm sure you'll enjoy. --Mark
