Diplodocus sp.

Hello again,
What are the current thoughts on the interpretation of what appears to be
fleshy dermal spines (as Czerkas had suggested) at the tail area of a 40
foot,(If I remember correctly) diplodocid found around 1992?
Also,what genus and species has this diplodocid been identified as?
