I don't know the skull whom You refer. There is another skull (PC 
100/2112), referred to Ingenia sp. by Lu, Dong, Azuma, Barsbold and Tomida 
(2002), that is almost identical to 100/42, and form me is another Citipati.
A curiosity: why in Your drawn of 100/42 You wrote 199/1002? Is an error or 
is another specimen of oviraptorid.
