Doesn't the paper on Pelecanimimus discuss the presence of a syndesmosis in S.?

Darren Naish has promised me to send  (Monday ) some e-mails with full
information  and reference about >fused< radius and ulna  on Struthiomimus.
So things are not so clear after all....
Does anybody have the reference Darren  is talking about ?
