Thecodontosaurus caducus

I'm having trouble with the skeletal resto, fig 21, in the Yates paper.
Working from the scale in the (beautiful!) skull resto in fig 4, the skull
is about 47mm long.

However, using the scale in fig 21, the skull comes out at 73 mm long. Also,
the femur works out at 85mm, but the text says the femur is 72mm.

Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone tell me the real sizes? Also,
finally, on what basis is the tail restored so long? Does this agree with
other sauropodomorphs?
