  The name has not been formally produced, so thank God that there is a
chance it can be changed. However, the name does honor Phil Tippet
Studios, which had nothing to do with the taxon its used to honor, becuase
the author of said name, Stephan Pickering (in an unpublished pamphlet
sent along with a newsletter to a newsletter subscriber base and therefore
unpublished _sensu_ the ICZN 3rd. and 4th editions), chose to honor the
entire studio given their work on _Jurassic Park_ (they produced the
dino-puppets used to scan action for the dinosaurs into the computer as
well as the video storyboarding in claymation). Its a nice honor, but the
describers of said material, Chure and Galton, chose not to apply any name
to it, instead referring to the material as *Elaphrosaurus* sp..

  If an when this material is named, then we can consider the use of such
nomenclature as Pickering has proposed in public, but there is no formal
nomenclature so far as Chure and Galton have so far produced.
