This text was recovered:

"Equijubus normani You et al.,2003, the most basal duck-billed dinosaur
found."

Since the dissertation in which this name was first seen was completed in
2002, I presume this refers to a formal publication. Does anyone know the
actual reference?

I have written to the e-mail address on the web site, and I am hoping for a
response. I'll keep you all informed.

The formal publication is:

You, Hai-lu, Zhe-xi Luo, Neil Shubin, Lawrence Witmer, Zhi-lu Tang & Feng Tang, 2003. The earliest-known duckbilled dinosaur from deposits of late Early Cretaceous age in northwest China and hadrosaur evolution. Cretaceous Research, in press.

Not published yet, AFAIK.
