No, the name Dinotyrannus is valid, but it is currently considered a junior 
subjective synonym of Tyrannosaurus. Should the species Albertosaurus 
megagracilis once again become generically distinct from Tyrannosaurus rex, the 
name 
Dinotyrannus is available for that species (if it's not in the genus 
Albertosaurus, either).
