I'm pleased to see you've changed your mind.  Because earlier you wrote, 
verbatim: "a slap on the wrist is all he deserves.  fine him heavily and

Myself and others have tried to convince you that people who flagrantly 
pillage our paleontological and archeological treasures *are* real 
criminals.  Glad to see my (and others) ranting was not in vane.
