Oops! Demetrios and Todd are both right. It does represent
Spinosaurus, but I thought Todd was talking about the thing on the right
side of the head and I did not notice those elevated spines further to the
right and almost hidden in the 'rain'!
I might add that those seemingly highly recurved teeth (especially the
'canines', which also seem way too far back on the mandible to be credible)
would be, IMHO, ridiculous for a Spinosaurus. Someone please correct me if
I'm wrong about the teeth placement.

That is indeed a shot of the Spinosaurus. And yes, it is anatomically
inaccurate (as far as we can guess).
