It would be "caudalmost dorsal vertebra."

I personally always liked reading that mentally tongue twisting turn of anatomical descriptive phrase: "anterior medial dorsal plate"

Followed by reading the continuing description:
"anterior distal caudalmost dorsal vertebrae"

And then thre was alwyas the easy stuff, such as:
sinistral/dextral anconial pineal
(those just roll off the old mental tongue)

Then there is the discussion of teeth which is a whole other story: keels, carinae, etc.
