It is in English and you don't need to download the Chinese characters font 
if you don't want to.  Click on Sci/Tech and do a search for "dinosaur" or 
whatever search term you want.  The above article is there, along with some 
others.  The same measurements are in the original articles, so we can't 
blame CNN.
