Jaw Mechanics Lit.

  I could use the list's assistance in gaining references to the unique
theropodan lower-jaw hinge as described by Bakker, Paul, and Novas and
Sereno in various forms. I am keenly interested in the historical work,
including perhaps the first mention of the possibility of the jaw
actions of theropods more than mere sagittal closure of the jaws. I
also believe a finite element analysis has been performed analyzing the
jaw action and bite strength for Allosaurus, and have some of the lit.
for Tyrannosaurus, but would appreciate much of these references anyway
if you think it might be helpful. Published abstracts would work as
well. Finally, I'm not asking for the papers themselves, but merely the
references to these. Of course, it wouldn't hurt... ;) :D
