Is this Irritator?

I spotted this this morning...

It's a beautiful reconstruction of a (big) spinosaur skull with the byline: 
"Scientists reconstructed this model of a dinosaur head from part of the 
cranium and teeth, discovered in north-east Brazil."  Unfortunately no 
further info was provided.

The only Brazilian spinosaurs I know of are _Irritator_ and _Angaturama_, 
which I gather (from past postings) are now considered one and the same 
dinosaur.
