RE: Pleurocoelus vs. Astrodon
including an elongated cervical vertebrae that is very similar to
_Sauroposeidon_ of Oklahoma<
I just read the _Sauroposeidon_ paper earlier this morning, and I believe it
talks briefly about some material assigned to _Pleurocoelus_. I don't
remember if it talks about _Astrodon_, but in the lit. cited section, there
are somethings about the Comanche fauna; specifically:
Lagston, W. Jr. 1974. Nonmammalian Comanchean tetrapods. Geoscience and Man
8:77-102
There may be more info in some of the other ones, but this is the one that
lept out at me first. Hope this helps, and sorry if it doesn't.
Peace,
