Linnaeus used:
Regnum (Kingdom)
Classis (Class)
Ordo (Order)
Genus
Species

The others were added later.

As for "Division": do you mean it the way vertebrate paleontologists use it,
or the way botanists use it?  It was certain used in a Linnaean manner, but
was (like Phylum) introduced post-Linnaeus.
