Liassaurus huenei is apparently assigned to a tibia at the Warwick Museum.

Megalosaurus phillipsi is for Megalosaurus material originially described in 
the 1870 paper by John Phillips (which I can't lay my hands on right now).

Metriacanthosaurus reynoldsi is for large theropod material described by 
Reynolds, 1939 from the Chipping Norton Formation, Gloucestershire, England

Metriacanthosaurus brevis is for large theropod material from somewhere in 
England
