SANTANA DINOS & MEETING

Mickey Mortimer asked if the holotype of _Santanaraptor_ Kellner is
the same thing as SMNK 2349 PAL. The answer is no, they are totally
different specimens: however, whether or not they are from the same
species/genus remains to be seen (I have yet to see the
_Santanaraptor_ paper so cannot comment).

Does anyone know if Lingham-Soliar has published anything in
on ichthyosaur locomotion that is more recent than his paper with
Reif on the caudal peduncle?

Also, something I should have advertised earlier but never had the
time... there is a meeting in London, this Sunday (12th), called
'Walking With Dinosaurs - Fact or Fantasy' (yawwn). It is being held
at the library, Conway Hall, Red Lion Square (nearest tube Holborn)
and starts at 11am.
