The fault doesn't lie with the voiceover talent.  The show's producer 
presides over the recording session and it is his/her responsibility to see 
that the script is free of errors and that none are introduced by talent.  
Necessarily, the producer must be the expert on pronunciation.  For the most 
part, actors -- especially those who are known by the public --  become 
notably testy when they are caused to make mistakes when they are essentially 
playing themselves (as is the case in most voiceover work, as opposed to 
"character" roles in fictional works.)
