RE: When Dinosaurs Disappointed

Well, now that you brought it up: yes - I was disappointed. I taped it,
because I am out here making CGI chips on "the swing shift" when most of
the really interesting episodes of ANYTHING are on the tube. Sadly, I have
to agree that (our) American TV does a poor job of covering ANY scientific
subject. The Brits trounce us in presenting good science documentaries.

Was it just me or was WHEN DINOSAURS RULED in fact a
        piece of doggie doo?

I stopped watching about halfway through the first
episode. _Megaraptor_ did me in. And there was,
well, you know. I guess I shouldn't say.

Is it physically impossible for American television to
make a dinosaur documentary that is not a piece of
garbage? I enjoyed THE ULTIMATE GUIDE episode on _T.
rex_, so it must have been BBC.

Speaking of which, there's always WALKING WITH
DINOSAURS. An English CGI artist who worked on that
says it'll be like NATURE set in the Mesozoic.
Hussah! He also says that marine reptiles and
        pterosaurs get some coverage too.
