This is one of the most frequently asked subjects in
the list; all the answers are in the Archives, as well
as in the original _Nat. Geo._ article. Simply put, it
has never been described (by the pros) as a
dromaeosaurid. Never. Comparison was drawn on the
similarity of the claw, and that was it. Further
cannot be said of this animal until new finds are
discovered and described, as there are only _three_
fragments of this individual. Please, for the time
being, could we steer clear of this animal in the
discussion ontil such an instance as "what identity"
is _not_ the subject of the posting? What it did with
the claw, etc. might be relevant subjects to discuss
if it hadn't, also, been done. Again, in the Archives.
