Megaraptor

I'm wondering about megaraptor. Does it belong to the raptor family? The
reason that I bring this up is because when megaraptor was first
discovered, it was thought to be part of the raptor family (utahraptor,
velociraptor, deinonychus, dromaeosaurus, etc.) But now a new theory has
came out that megaraptor really belonged to the carnosaur family. Could
anyone tell me if this is true or not?
