Sauropod necks

I know many people probably don't know this, but a new study has shown
that some sauropod necks could indeed be lifted semi-vertically into the
air. The study has shown that the neck vertabre were more flexible than
first thought to be. However, this study isn't quite complete, so what I
have said here might be completely wrong. 

P.S. Where the heck is Dinofest 2000 suppost to be?
