Dinosaur TV Week

Here are some highlights of U.S. national television
programming concerning dinosaurs, other prehistoric
animals and evolution, from high art to low trash and
(hopefully) back again, all times Eastern (check local
listings to confirm):

Friday, April 9

TRAVEL Channel, 9:00am
Travels with Mom
"Southern Alberta: Cowboys and Dinosaurs"
No, not that comic book thing. I have to actually
watch this some day.

Also (if you dare) look for something called "Secrets
of the Animal Kingdom," apparently a syndicated
program. For instance, it's broadcast in New York on
WNYW-TV on Saturday morning at 7:00am. (I think WNYW
is a "superstation," no?) The episode is "Snack
Attacks," and apparently features a segment on
tyrannosaurs.

Ah, a respite from last week's dino broadcast orgy.

The third was asked which animal was the smartest of all, and the Brahmin
replied: "The one we have not found yet."
