The first reviser principle applies here.
Has this fact been published in a refereed journal?
Did the article (if it exists) say which portion was to retain
the name?
If the answer to either of these is no, then just puclish a short note
saying which parts of the original type are to be retained in the
restricted type, and you will "know".
[I would probably choose the allosaur material, unless the camarasaur
material is clearly a new genus].
